The Course

The Swim:

RipRoar's first ever Indoor pool swim will start the day as athletes line up around the pool and parents watch on from the outside. Athletes will love the temperature controlled water and clear swimming lanes. Seniors will complete 4 laps, Intermediates 2 laps and Juniors will complete a down and back in the 25 meter pool.

The Bike:

After making the initial turns out of the transition area on onto the "lollypop" portion of the bike course, athlete will take on a gradual slopping hill for the majority of the out section of the course. The way back, however will be smooth sailing. Seniors will complete the lollypop 3 times, Intermediates twice, and Juniors just once before returning to transition.

The Run:

The running portion of the event takes place on both the paved running path next to the YMCA as well as the Genesis Health Care campus and Tanglewood Rd. Seniors will complete two laps of the 1 mile course, Intermediates 1 lap and Juniors 1 amended lap.
