UNDENIABLY DAIRY

“Pop Up Cereal Bar”

Tasked with making dairy engaging for Gen Z, RipRoar developed the Pop-Up Cereal Bar activation—an idea originally created for the 80/35 Music Festival. Since then, the concept has evolved, appearing at football tailgates, E-Gaming championships, and an epic transformation of Iowa State’s Memorial Union into a full-on "Dairy Club." In 2024 alone, the activation served over 2,000 cups of milk and cereal, each interaction designed to be fun, memorable, and uniquely engaging. By combining humor, creativity, and connection, RipRoar brought dairy to life in a way that left a lasting impression on audiences everywhere.

ABOVE + BEYOND CANCER’S

“Hanger Party”

With years of experience producing events like the Elevate Festival and Adventure Triathlon for Above + Beyond Cancer, RipRoar was entrusted to bring the Hangar Party and WellPower campaign to life. Working within the brand guide we developed, we created a distinct brand extension, using flight as a central theme. Paper airplanes became a signature visual, forming the branding’s background texture to reflect movement, energy, and connection. We then brought them to life, stringing hundreds from floor to ceiling to add depth and dimension to the vast space. Beyond branding, RipRoar executed an unforgettable evening with a custom bar, interactive photo ops, live music, and a powerful presentation honoring local personalities who skydived for charity. The result? A dynamic experience that elevated both the event and the WellPower message.

UNDENIABLY DAIRY

“Pop Up Cereal Bar”

As pop-up Christmas bars gained popularity nationwide, RipRoar saw an opportunity to bring the trend to Des Moines in a way that felt truly special. Always looking to create something unforgettable, we reached out to SnowGlobe in Lawrence, Kansas, and established a partnership with Exile Brewing Company to launch Des Moines’ first large-scale holiday pop-up. For the 2021 and 2022 activations, we leveraged our expertise in event production to make SnowGlobe more than just festive décor—creating an immersive holiday experience with Princess Brunches, Santa meet-and-greets, and Ugly Sweater Parties.

RipRoar created and ran a full-scale marketing campaign, managing website development, social media accounts, and email outreach to drive engagement. We brought the brand to life with large-scale installations, including a massive “ugly sweater” silo wrap. By the second year, demand skyrocketed, with over 17,000 reservations before opening day and more than 50,000 guests served during our two years of involvement.
